Like many great ideas, ours arose from a problem: itchy insect bites, with no good, natural solution. What began as a student idea grew into an international success with medical certifications, awards, and millions of satisfied users worldwide.Despite this growth, we've never forgotten our roots. We're incredibly proud that we've kept production in-house: every heat it® is still made in Germany.

• How many units do I need to order?

You can order a personalized heat it® from us starting at just 100 units. With this quantity, you can choose from blue, black, or white, and we'll laser-engrave your logo with pin-sharp clarity. For the classic heat it®, we engrave it on the front and back, and for the heat it® pro, we engrave it on the aluminum sides of the case.Do you have bigger plans? Starting at 500 units, we can custom-make heat it® entirely in your own colors.

• How much does a heat it® with my own logo cost?

You can order 100 engraved heat it® classics starting at €2,100. Want a completely custom color? That's possible starting at 500 pieces for around €9,500. • What is the delivery time for a personalized heat it®?

For a heat it® classic or pro with laser engraving, we have a delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks. If you're looking for a fully customized color, please allow approximately 10 weeks for delivery after ordering.

• Can I also personalize the packaging of the heat it® ?

Absolutely! We can customize the packaging with a beautiful sticker featuring your logo and a personal message. This way, you can truly make it a gift. Want to go big? For orders of 1,000 or more, we can even produce your own custom packaging.

• It sounds too good to be true, does heat it® really work?

Absolutely. The secret lies in concentrated heat treatment (hyperthermic treatment). The heat it® briefly heats the bite site to approximately 51°C. Scientific research shows that the nerves in the skin respond by blocking the itch signal, without causing pain. This immediately eliminates the itching and the urge to scratch.This is effective against mosquito, horsefly, bee, and wasp stings. The heat it® is therefore a safe, certified medical device (Class IIa), manufactured entirely in Germany since 2020 and also available in pharmacies.Its effectiveness has been extensively tested: together with Prof. Maurer of Charité Berlin, we published the most comprehensive study on this topic worldwide in 2023. • Does the heat it® work on both iPhone and Android devices?

We focus on the USB-C port by default. This is the modern standard for all Android devices and the new iPhones (from the iPhone 15 onwards). This ensures a future-proof product.
Do you specifically need the Lightning port for older iPhones? Please indicate this in your request, and we can produce that version for you.Please keep in mind that all new smartphones come standard with USB-C. A Lightning version will therefore no longer work once the user upgrades to a newer device.

• Do I need an app to use heat it® ?

Yes, the heat it® works with our free app. Good to know: you don't need an account or email address, and the app is completely ad-free.The great advantage of the app is that you can tailor the treatment exactly to your needs. You can choose from 12 different settings, including a special mode for children (3+) and sensitive skin.The digital app environment can be released with your company logo and brand identity for orders of 100,000 or more personalized heat it® items."
